Oakwood Membership

Oakwood memberships are limited to 325 families. Purchase of a Membership Stock is required, plus an initial processing fee. Following these one-time costs, the only recurring costs are the annual dues, which can be paid either lump sum or on a monthly automatic bank draft system. Oakwood provides 3 types of memberships:
Family Membership - Family Membership Form (PDF)
- Set-up Fees: $150.00 Initiation fee, $500.00 Membership Bond
- Yearly Dues: *$660.00 (or $60.00 Monthly Bank Draft)
- This option provides for the use of all club facilities by all members of the family
- Includes all dependents that reside at home in school and are under the age of 21
- Set-Family Memberships are limited to 305 members
Junior Membership - Junior Membership Form (PDF)
- Set-up Fees: $150.00 Initiation fee, $500 Membership Bond
- Yearly Dues: *$330.00 (or $32.00 Monthly Bank Draft)
- Available to individuals 14 to 18 years of age. A Birth Certificate is required at registration. Only one junior membership per family is allowed. Junior memberships are valid through December the year of their 18th birthday. At time of expiration, (January of the year member becomes 19), member may upgrade to an Individual or Family Membership.
- Junior Memberships are non-transferable and limited to 10 members.
Individual Membership - Individual Membership Form (PDF)
- Set-up Fees: $150.00 Initiation fee, $500 Membership Bond
- Yearly Dues: *$495.00 (or $46.00 Monthly Bank Draft)
- This option is available to anyone 21 years of age or older (Single/Divorced, no dependent Children).
- Provides the use of all club facilities by one single individual, and may be upgraded to a Family Membership at time of status change. Individual Memberships are non-transferable and limited to 10 members.
*Annual Dues are owed January 1st and are delinquent February 1st of each calendar year. A Delinquent Fee of $25.00 will be added if payment is not made by January 31. Bonds are forfeited if payment is not made by February 28.
Selling of Membership Bonds
Bonds may be sold by contacting the Membership Director in writing. The Club is responsible for assisting members who move from the Mobile area with selling their bonds. Other members who wish to sell their bonds are responsible for locating a buyer who must complete a membership application. All bond sales are processed through the Club by the Membership Director.
